When I contacted Chris at CCAT for the first time, he inspired confidence, he made the transaction feel smooth and easy. As things went along, however, the lies began. Chris told me they already had a driver lined up to transport my car, a blatant lie as I now know. After a week of sitting, waiting on my guaranteed driver, a driver finally took the job. When the car finally made it down to me, it was dirty, it had damage from rock chips, and it had many more miles than it left the dealership with. The true pièce de résistance however, was that when the driver got there, he was asking for more money than my contract had listed was to be paid. I contacted Chris to figure this out, and after he had sent the contract and I had signed, he listed the job for more money than I agreed to pay. This was an outrage, and I contacted Chris several times in an attempt to have my money refunded, but he stopped answering all of my calls and emails.
Cross Country Auto Transport is a dishonest company staffed by thieves and liars. I will never trust them with any vehicle ever again. They will lie to your face and steal your money, avoid them and their sister companies at all cost.
