Okay, it was my bad that I did not do enough research before choosing which company to go with. So I called up Cross Country Auto transport and Clair Abraham was my point of contact. She was very nice, asked me when I would like things to be set up. And then she asked for the credit card information (ALL OTHER COMPANIES ASK FOR CREDIT CARDS WHEN THEY FIND THE DRIVERS). I was stupid enough to give her the information, assuming this is the way auto transport company works. Because I wanted my car to be picked up within 5 days, she said this is a very short notice, so she would send me the paper work via email RIGHT AWAY. Then I waited for one hour and a half (till 5:00pm), but the paperwork never came. I started to panic and found bad reviews about them on this website. After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to cancel the service from Cross Country. I called Clair. She said I could not cancel it. I said I have not signed any paperwork yet, then she said okay.

The next morning, another agent from Cross Country called. (it was 9:00 Eastern time, 6:00 am for me in AZ, these people are just so unprofessional). I explained that I concerned about their efficiency and wanted to cancel the order. She said she already picked the driver for me (probably a lie). I insisted that I would not use their service and asked her to cancel the order. She said it's impossible. (She was very rude during the phone call, said that I was a lier about didn't get the paperwork, and she was totally disappointed etc.). I was upset and said I would cancel the credit card if I have to. Then this woman became a little bit nicer and said she would have to run through her boss to see if they can refund my deposit. She PROMISED that she will call me back in the afternoon to let me know how it goes. Again, a total lie. What I found out in the afternoon was that I got charged THREE TIMES. Thanks to their stupid act, credit card company would cancel all three transactions for me.

That's not the end of the story. Up till today, I'm still getting calls from this company, saying that they have picked the driver for me. The first call was 20 days after I booked the service, 5 days after my car been shipped by another company. Every time, I had to explain the car was already shipped, and the next day I will get another call from them. I honestly don't know how this company works.....
