Cross Country Auto Transport is a broker who also goes under Dealers Choice Auto Transport, very unprofessional, and unreliable, every single sales person is a liar, they all sing the same song, seems like they are intentionally trained to lie, all say they are not a broker, when indeed they are a broker, and not a good one, they will promise you anything just to get your business, but once booked with them, they will no longer honor their promises, I was told that my car will be picked up same day, that they have driver in the area right now, if I rushed my paperwork to them that minute, once they have received my paperwork, and got my $150 credit card deposit, their story has changed immediately, they no longer had a driver in the area, but then they said they will pick up the car no later then 2-3 days from now, 4 days passed, they still did not even have the job dispatched, and now wanted extra $100 in order to rush the job, I paid extra $100, still no results, finally picked up the car after a week, and now could not deliver until 5-7 days later, simply horrible, will never deal with again. Once they got your deposit, they will use every excuse possible to delay while they shop for rates, will only answer phones to get you booked, classic bait and switch morons, no matter who you call afterwards, they will always transfer you to customer service voice mail, will never call you back, and will not provide any driver’s info as promised, nor do the have an online tracking system as stated on website, instead you will be prompted to e-mail customer support, and will never get any replies. These scammers have no business running a business and are being reported to the Better Business Bureau. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
