As you can see from my headline I am not happy with this company. After calling this company and talking to Jaime in panic I was assured I would be taking care of. When I orginially called I spoke to one of the owners by the name of Steven. I told him that a local car shipping company had tossed me around for the past 2 weeks and was departing to california tomorrow. He assured me I would have 72 hour pick up at the latest. Jaime couldnt of told me anything further from the truth. Long story short I left for california and a week later my truck was still sitting in Palm Beach. These liars stated that Jaime didnt have the authority to promise a rush pick up (after his 100% guarentee it would be). I ended up changing agents to Pablo & Edgar. Both very nice guys but still impossible to get an exact answer and a direct phone call from. All three of these guys had the follow up of a mute. Pablo told me that Jaime would be repremanded for his actions of lying and that my truck would be picked up ASAP. After a week and a $800 car rental I had enough. I called Pheonix Auto Transport and my truck was picked up 24 hours after my call. (driver already called me to confirm BEFORE i even gave a deposit). This company did nothing but lie, and con me into using there services. I would like to say the easiest part of dealing with these morons was acually getting my deposit back.( surprised that even happened). These people have no reason running a business and if I had the time or energy I would report them to the Better Business Bureau so scammers like this dont stay in business. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!
