Overall good experience with delivery of my car less than 72 hours from my first call. Beth took my order and wasn't going to let me off the phone without a commitment and my credit card number. But I'm glad she got me to commit quickly because I was able to get my car days before I expected to. The dispatcher at Thunder Transport was very helpful and the driver kept in touch during the drive. I was quoted $675, paid a $200 deposit but ended up with a balance due at delivery different by $25 than stated in the agreement. It was rectified with a phone call. I got lower quotes from other companies but went with Cross Country because I was impressed with Beth and how quickly they got my car on a truck.
