Picking up my vehicle.

I will not use Cross Country Auto Transport again. It's been two weeks picking up my car. I was quoted 10 days or less. I told them i needed it picked up asap and that i wasn't that concerned about the delivery date. Well that didn't turn out to well. Next thing, i try to call CCAT and i can't get thru to ANYBODY at the phone number I'd been calling. I listened to the promts and would push the buttons to go to somebody and the phone automaticly hung up on me.This happened 3 or 4 times.I also sent emails that were unanswered. I finally got a phone number to dispatch and he transfered me to costomer support.
Thank God, cause i was thinking maybe I've been ripped off for my $100 deposit that I made with my MasterCard. Anyway I was transfered to costomer support. Thank God for RALPH. He cared and got things together. He was the only one I could find that did anything. Mr. RALPH is due respect and a big pay raise in my book.
