I used this company and in the beginning had great customer service until they received my money and my truck. Afterwards, EVERYTHING went downhill. My truck was NOT delivered in a timely manner and was over 1 week late. I was charged additional "storage fees" because Cross Country failed to send a driver to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner.

When my vehicle was delivered, it was not delivered to my house and I had to drive the driver 2 miles back to his transport truck which still had other people's vehicles on it. It was not secure.

Cross Country has claimed they will have a Manager call me numerous times but I have yet to hear from one. I have had to call numerous times just to speak with someone in customer service who tells me that they can't do anything without a manager who will "get back with me within the hour."

This company is a complete RIP OFF and does not fulfill their contracts! Beware of this company as they use several subcontractors that they do not keep track of. They could never tell me where my truck was exactly and I never received a 24 hour notification, much less a 4 hour notification that my truck would be delivered.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
