2002 Honda delivery

Started out well then quickly went bad. My credit card was charged the $150 deposit without my signing a contract. It was to be faxed or emailed, but never arrived. Contacted the company the next day when I discovered the charge on my account, asked for a refund, was told it would take up tp 3 months and a faster method would be to dispute it with my credit card company, but not to tell anyone he (Ralph in customer service) had said to do so.
4 calls later to Ralph he said it was being reviewed and then it would go to the finance department. He would not give me that number and abruptly hung up. It takes less than five minutes to make a refund. I do not reccomend getting involved with this company.
