Total Fraud

Not only is this company terrible, but the CEO (David Lopez) is a fraud and the employees are awful. I don't even know where to begin in describing my experience. First they delivered my car to the wrong address -- scratch address, wrong CITY. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $200 for transporting it to the right city. This was their SCREW UP and they had the nerve to not only charge me, but threaten to leave my car on some plot where I would have to pay the associated tickets and towing charges. Allison, from customer service, might be a 12 year old child and she happens to be the HEAD of customer service. She called me a liar and refused to have a conversation. Oh, and the sales rep, Irwin James, who took my order is no longer at the company and basically gave me false information about my quote. Now, on top of the $200 they're making me pay, they're telling me my quoted amount is actually $50 higher than what is in the SIGNED agreement (which I faxed to them and have not heard back). Please never do business with this company; they all need to be arrested.
