Poor customer servic

I call this company and a sale person informed me that they had one opening left on a truck that was leaving on the very day that I wanted to ship. Come the day before pick up I called to see when they would pick up. The service rep said the driver would call me that eventing. no call. So I called the service rep and left a message. Still no response. I was told the rep was in a meeting, on break, and still no return call. Finally I got the rep and she said that she would check. This is now late in the afternoon,and still no truck. I made a total of 13 calls and received not one call from this carrier. To make a long story short they kept my deposit and I still haven't seen a truck! I think this company gives the industry a bad name. I know this because serveral weeks later I had a wonderful experience with another carrier
