Missing Car/No Communication from the Company

As of today, I'm preparing to file a stolen vehicle report.

I contracted for "Express Service" at a cost of $1,200 for transport from Indiana to California (regular price was quoted as $875). I was told by someone named "A.J." that the car would be picked up on 10/10 or 10/11. On 10/14 a transport truck finally showed up only to spend 4 hours trying to fit my car on the truck. To no avail, my car would not fit so the truck left. On Monday 10/17 another transport truck showed up and picked up my car. I was told that I should expect the car within 5 days. On Thursday 10/20, I called Cross Country Auto Transport for a tracking report (a service they supposedly offer) -- The uninformed representative that I spoke to on the phone asked ME where my car was -- after calmly informing her that's a question she should be answering for me, she told me that she'd page the driver and call me back.

Fast forward to today, 10/26 -- I've sent e-mails and called the company daily and NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO E-MAIL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION NOR ARE THEY ANSWERING THEIR PHONES!! I am not able to contact anyone to find out where my car is, now over a week late arriving to California.

This is a fly by night operation -- I am filing complaints with every agency I can find. These people should be held accountable. For all of you out there -- DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
