First off I had 2 cars to ship to my home in Kentucky. I signed up with a place called Freedom and 3 or 4 days later they let me know they needed more money to get my suburbans shipped. This was at 600.00 from Va. and 700.00 from RI.I finally found Tony at Crestline Auto Transport. I signed on with him and the second day he had the one in Va. shipped for 525.00 and the driver got 500.00 of that. It took from about Wed. to Tue. to get the one in RI picked up.Tony kept telling me to be patient. He said he had been in this business for a lot of years and he knew it would be picked up that Mon. or Tue. We had the price at 725.00 on the board and Tony was only getting 750.00.I told him to raise it to 750.00 on the board and I would give him 50.00.He never once asked me for more money. He never asked for my credit card numbers but after the second suburban was delivered I told him we needed to get that taken care of. He told me he would send me an email and I could pay from that. I can't work my way through it so I'll have to call him to pay him. You would not believe the people calling me to ship these and one guy in particular was really rude. He kept telling me that Crestline Auto Transport had only been in business less than a month and he said I'll bet the first thing they wanted was your credit card numbers. He talked really bad about them and I'm like most people I hate to hear salespeople talk bad about competition. Maybe Crestline has just been in business a short period of time but Tony has the experience to know what is going on.It was a pleasure to talk to him and he was the most honest man that I talked to through this whole processs. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else to move a car for me.
