Very Bad Communication

It is very fustrating to have a car that is urgent to get transported. I called last thursday, wanted a car to get transported as soon as possible. I looked for Grace, who sent me the quote but she wasn't there, so her collegue Jason followed up and said that there is a carrier available on Saturaday and would be costing $1250 I said I will do it, and he said that Grace would call me Friday morning once she is in. Grace called on friday saying that there is nobody available on Saturday or Sunday, but promised that on Monday, there would be a carrier. I called monday morning, she said she is still not sure if there is a carrier, I was quite angry, because she promised me firmly. Then she said if she found anyone, she would call me, or if I call again look for her co-worker Ron if she's not there. Afterwards, Ron was in charge of my order. So he told me there is no one for Monday, but said that Tuesday he is sure there is someone, obviously I called, he said he contacted the driver but there was no reply. He promised me that Wednesday at 12:30pm to 1pm there would be someone picking up the car. I called and left message, but he never call me back. I called again after an hour, Ron picked up the phone and I asked him whether he got everything settled. ( It was already 3pm) He said he is still trying to contact the driver and there WILL BE someone picking up the car and said if there is anything he would call me. I told him that he better call me before he leaves at 6pm whether there is anyone or not. I told him I was very tired to having to chase him down and pick up the phone because he NEVER calls back. Obviously, he DID NOT call me back before he left. SO NO ONE CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR AGAIN!!! This company have made so many fake promises that I don't even think it is reliable to use. They kept blaming the drivers being unreachable and they never reply to your messages. If they didn't find a driver, they just get scared and hide from you while they lied about getting a driver. I don't even know how this company could get a five star review with such bad communication service with the drivers and the customers. My comment is : to find a more reliable company. This company had already waste a week while if I ordered from a better company, my car would have already be transported.

We pickup her vehicle one day late because of malfunction to the truck, we called her and explain that to her when her car will be pickup. The car is safely delivered in California, Customer is happy and in the process of removing/ changing this review.
