poor communication skills

You have no idea of the frustration they caused us. I had validated a contract with Holly on Apr.16 to pick up our car on 4/28 or 4/29. Since I did not have a printer she said everything would be done by computer and didn't need a printed contract. WRONG!! After many e-mails(which I have) and phone calls- as of 4/27 did not have a driver to pick up car. Since we had plane tickets for 4/30- I needed to do something soon. Finally had to cancel my airline tickets and had to drive home(1100 miles) which I had never done. Since I have a handicapped husband he had to be on strong pain killers to take the trip. Arrived home safely but hope noone else has to go through the same thing. No Ron, your apology doesn't cut it!! Husband is still feeling the affects of the trip and had to go to the doctor today!!! I also had a hip replacement recently and had considerable discomfort during trip. Needless to say, I will never call them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dottie asked us to transport her car from FL to OH during the busy snowbird season. As a back-up plan we informed Dottie she could leave the vehicle with a friend/ neighbor. We called Dottie on 04/29/2010 to inform her that we had a driver scheduled to pick up her car on the morning of 04/30/2010. Dottie refused the service and claimed that she canceled her flight and would be driving the car to OH. We provided the service that she requested. We are very sorry for her troubles.
