I was told my car would deliver in 3-5 days. My car took over 2 weeks to deliver. There was little to no contact from the driver to me or to Creative. I left daily message for the driver in his voice mail and he would not contact me. My daughter's in the meantime was without her car and had to bum a ride to campus each day. I felt so helpless and had no choice but to report this as an incident of possible theft to the local authorities. I felt as if my car was at a chop shop. I couldn't get an answer from Creatives ( even though Jim was sensitive to my issue) and no answers from the carrier they used.

I did have a good ending in that finally the car showed up with 30 minutes of notice when was near the campus. The driver was very rude to my kids and after all the drama and issues this was the last straw.

Creative you should be more selected in who you pick as a provider of service and I don't usually fill out surveys. I thoughts this was necessary to make sure this don't happen to other customers.

I suggest you build in the contract a refund if service is not rendered in an allotted agreed upon time.

We are very sorry for the delay. We assign Ed cannon Transport to transport this car. The driver got sick and end up in the hospital for 6 days. As soon as the driver came out of the hospital he delivered the car and gave Mr. Voss a discount. As good as we are and as hard as we try some time it is out of our control. Sorry.
