This was our first experience with transporting an automobile. We checked online for possible companies to bring home my daughter's car. Price and BBB review were most important. We also wanted to find a local company. After getting several phone quotes and speaking with another company that refused to give a written quote without my credit card information, I spoke with Michael who was very helpful. He emailed the quote promptly and even sent it a second time when I had problems with my email. The price was the second best that we received and only $25 more than the company who tried to get my ccard info. When I decided to go with Creative Auto, I was told I would have the car in a couple days. Although the pickup was a few hours late (due to situation with the pickup before mine), the car was delivered early. We were told we would have the car by Saturday afternoon but we received it Friday night. I would definitely recommend Creative Rides Auto Transport. A+ service!
