I am so glad I used Creative Rides for transporting my car! The whole process, from beginning to end, was made easy for me by the attention to details the Creative Rides people gave me. They were pleasant and efficient throughout. My contact person, Andrew, told me all I needed to do about transferring the title, identified a place near where I lived where the large pick-up trailer could park and also a place on the receiving end where the new owner could meet the truck and take his car, arranged a date that was convenient for me, found a driver to do the job and quoted me an exact and reasonable price, and was available throughout the weeks ahead of time to answer any questions I had about the process. The driver, Leon from Brooks Transportation Services, whom we met when he picked up the car, was also excellent. He was knowledgeable and pleasant, was in contact with me days ahead of time about the date and time of pick-up, and loaded my car onto his 9-vehicle carrier carefully. I was impressed with his efficiency and skill and trusted him to take my car across the country. It arrived in perfect condition and more quickly than I expected. This was my first experience with long-distance transport, and I have to say I was somewhat hesitant and nervous about the whole business. But Creative Rides made me feel completely at ease and calmed any fears I had. I would certainly use Creative Rides again!
