Everyone involved in the transport of my car from start to finish was extremely professional and courteous. All of my calls to Creative Rides Auto Transport and to the driver were answered and I got answers to all of my questions promptly. When I called Creative Rides for questions regarding the driver, I was told I could call the driver directly and if I did not get through to the driver or did not get an answer to a specific question that I should call them back and they would get an answer for me. I was especially appreciative that everyone treated my father (to whom the car was being delivered to) with respect as he is in his 80s now and needs gentle attention. I checked with a few transport companys and the price of $550 for the transport was the most reasonable. I certainly expected to pay more than $550 to transport a car from FL to IN. One company gave me a price of $650. Everyone kept me informed from start to finish as to the whereabouts of the car they were transporting for me. The car arrived in IN in the same condition that it left here. Thanks Creative Rides Auto Transport!
