Although the driver didn't realize that the whole cost of shipping was paid up front and required the end customer to pay again, Creative rides reimbursed me asap for the amount that was paid to the driver. Nobodys fault just a little miscommunication. Would use Creative Rides again. Everything was handled as I would have expected and the Price was very good.
