I searched the website for weeks looking for a good company. I found Creative Rides and they gave me a reasonable price and they had a good reputation with the BBB. Micheal was my original contact person but he was not informative, and he never followed-up with phone calls as he said he would, but ANDREW was GREAT and very helpful. My car was due to be picked-up in a three day window being that i was relocating on the 26th of August. I was able to leave my car expecting it to be picked up on the 26th (in the evening). Unfortunately, it was picked up on the 27th. I contacted the driver about 3 days later and he told me to expect it on Thursday, it arrived Friday at about 9pm. The driver did contact me on the Friday of delivery a few hours before and he called me when he was 30min away. A few issues but nothing too bad, I would use the company again.
