We had an open time frame, and they picked the car up before our time, which was fine. They delivered it a day early, too, which was also fine. The driver was very nice (didn't speak English) and the company that was contracted had lots of contact with me - they did speak English. The driver was professional and moved the car very well. I then drove and led him to the highway. Excellent experience. This was the cheapest quote I was given.
