Truly the worst customer service and lack of communication that I have ever seen in a customer-oriented business!
Waited 1-week for a driver and they never found one and had one excuse after another.
I had to contact them daily to have any communication.

The first day I was told that the driver wouldn't be there until the morning after I reserved. The next morning, I was told it would be in the afternoon. When I explained that I was leaving by noon, I was told to leave the keys with a neighbor. Not being sure if I could or who it would be, the person got irritated with me and continuously called me 'hon'. When I asked for him to not call me that, he stated that they would not be working with me and HUNG UP!

I immediately called Creative Rides and I was consistently told, "Don't worry. We will have your car picked up." TO NO AVAIL!

Erin is one of those that you can't please. We assigned a truck driver to pick up her car, Erin refuse to use him because the driver call her "hon". Erin is very difficult we try our best and nothing was good enough. The driver call us and said " not for a million dollars".
