Disappointed by Unprofessionalism

The company's customer service and attentiveness was great until the end. Although both Maria (dispatcher) and Alex (driver) did not keep in touch about the status of the transport much aside from when I reached out to them, I still looked past the situation. However, I could not look past the unprofessionalism that was demonstrated upon receiving our vehicle. We notated the amount of miles before and after. Our vehicle was driven 32 miles. Upon questioning Alex about why so many miles were put on the vehicle, he advised they used it to get lunch. I did not pay to transport our vehicle to be used for their lunch purposes. Lastly, upon speaking to Maria and understanding we have no claim options, she recommended we proceed with our online complaints and hung up the phone on me. This is just a complete display of unprofessionalism.
