I have had a frightful experience with this company. I had scheduled my car to be picked up on 7/30/09 from Pleasant Hill, CA to be delivered to Clearwater Florida by 8/7/09. Upon booking with them and paying in advance the fee of $975.00, all were promised and given a confirmation both verbal an email. This was arranged by phone on 7/18/09. The carrier was to call me before pick up. I have attempted to reach Countrywide for the last 3 days. They will not return phone calls, email or have I received any acknowledgement from them.
It's stressful enough to move across country without the undependability of further aggravation. I would NEVER EVER use this company. If I could warn anyone, BEWARE! I was forced to call another carrier and pay again for this service before a credit could be given on my credit card.
