I can't say much other than I gave them my money, and they never picked up my car. Upon booking they promised pickup within 7-10 days, but after a month passed without being contacted to arrange pickup I had no choice but to book with someone else. I did call several times to inquire about the status of the order, and I'd say at least half of those times I was forwarded to someones voicemail, and didn't receive a call back in response after I left a message. When I did get a hold of someone, they were insistent that my car was scheduled for pickup within the next few days, but that never actually happened. I've requested a refund. They won't credit my card back (I paid via credit card), but they do claim to be processing a check for me. At this point I'll believe it when I see it, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to call my credit card company about this one.
