I needed to transport a car I found on autotrader.com from Texas to Hawaii. I subscribed to one of those free auto transport locators on the internet and was inundated with quotes and solicitations, at least 30-40 companies. Most were by email, however, a few contacted me by phone, some were very persistent in calling me at all hours with no regard for what time it was in Hawaii. Cosmos gave me the best quote by a lot. Their quote was $1440 while most the others were in the $1600-1800 range. I read one review for them on this website and it was not a very good review. That made me hesitate, yet the price was so good, I had to check it out for myself. After several emails I felt comfortable that this was a good company, so I went for it. The whole process was very easy and my car arrived in great shape and on time. Cosmos was very low pressure. The guy must never sleep because I sent emails at all times of the day with all kinds of questions big and small and always got a quick response. I was very nervous about this whole process because my last car I bought online and had shipped did not go nearly as smooth and I feared the same situation would happen again. I don't know enough about this business to know how drivers are chosen/hired, but even the dealer emailed me to say the driver who picked-up the car presented himself very well and was very professional. I think Cosmos is an excellent company and I would totally use them again!
