So late on quoted pick up time that I drove it myself.

My family is a military family that has been stationed at a Marine base in North Carolina from Sacramento, Ca. We called Cosmos in early August and set up a pick up date of the 23rd of June for our vehicle. They told us that it would be a five business day window for our vehicle to be picked up. We were OK with that. After five days, we had not even received a call to tell us that our vehicle was not going to be picked up on time. We called them on a very consistent basis and asked about our car. They always told us that they would expedite our car because of the inconvenience. Of course this did not happen and we had called multiple more times within the next weeks and were told the exact same thing. Once we finally started getting testy with them, they told us that they do not guarantee their work. I was never told this during my multiple times on the phone and during my quote and order with them. Seeing how my family is a military family, we needed our car by a very specific date in which we had set up our vehicle far in advance. They failed us miserably and have really made things difficult for my family. A company should not give a 5 day quote if it is in reality going to be nearly 28 days and to be technical 19 business days. When I canceled there still was no promising news about whether our car was even going to be shipped by the end of the year.

I should have smelled the fish when I was not given an order number or any form of confirmation of when my vehicle would be shipped. I was left in the air the whole time.

We don't usually respond on this site to reports where it took too long to have a vehicle scheduled because we explain in the company profile that this sometimes happens as it does to every single company on this site or in this business for that matter. We are responding to Nick Peel (760-687-8108, slick8541sniper@hotmail.com) because he states he wasn't aware it may take longer than expected. Because of the delivery location we informed him verbally from the begining that it will be very hard to find a truck willing to go that far out of their way to deliver. If that conversation is debatable, what is not is obviously he knew about this site which mentions this under our profile.
