I'm pleased about how Corporate Auto Transport handled the whole process.
Initially, I put the transport of my Honda Accord out to bid and received more than 15 responses. I whittled the number down to 4 after checking with the Better Business Bureau, some websites, and the competitiveness of the bids. Sent individual requests for bids to the 4 companies. Corporate Auto responded first and with full info to evaluate. The other 3 took 24 - 36 hours to respond, and 2 of those responded with errors in their bids. I then contacted Jon at Corporate Auto. We agreed to a contract and price late Thursday evening. (After reviewing the initial 15 bids, I estimated the car would take 6 to 14 days to arrive. Corporate Auto's full process took just 4 days.) Jon found the carrier within hours of the contract, the driver called me that night. The car was picked up less than 24 hours later (Friday evening) and arrived in St Louis about 72 hours after that (Monday evening). Not a scratch.
Jon checked in with me several times during the process. He was responsive, delivered on his word, and delivered ahead of expectations.
Use Corporate Auto again? Without a doubt.
