Their on-line contract states that most transports are booked within 2-3 days, but that they must be allowed 10 business days from the first available date or your deposit is forfeit. They note that they may ask the shipper to increase the agreed-upon rate if necessary. Continental did not communicate well, did not successfully book transportation, did not ask to increase the rate or offer any other option (their quote was too low), and would not cancel the agreement to allow me to go elsewhere. After the 10th business day, they refunded the deposit. Completely wasted my time, wasted my money that was already spent unnecessarily on vehicle insurance, and irritated the origination dealer who wanted the vehicle removed. They behaved unprofessionally and showed a lack of character; I would not recommend utilizing them to ship anything.
