I was conducting a military move form CO to NC in July 2010, After looking for few transporters I spoke with Jason from Continetal. We agreed upon a price of $825.00 with $125.00 being put down as a deposit. The also needed a faxed copy of my credit card and drivers license (which I found unusual).

Upon my transport date the driver never showed and I received no calls from the driver or Jason as to the status of my order. Being that it was a time sensitive move I contacted B.A.M. auto carriers who picked me up the same day. I called Continental in order to cancel my order and get a refund, after leaving messages, talking to Jason and Bernie as well as the dispatcher all of whom said they would immediately get back to never called me back, it is going on day 11 and I still have yet to receive my refund.

My next course of action will be to contact the Florida BBB, the Military JAG office and the DA's office nearest Continental Auto movers in order to retrieve my deposit for services paid for but not rendered.
