Contracted with Continental Auto Movers to transport my car from PA to FL, deposited $100. Was to be picked up by 12/29/09, with the deposit being refundable if no pickup was achieved within 7 business days. Nine days later a driver called to say he may be able to pick up the car the next day, but he had promised that before. I made other arrangements since I needed my car. I have yet to see a deposit refund, even after using the BBB of FL and the Division of Consumer Services. Continental refuses my calls. Please be aware of your risks!
