I posted a review before about late pick up, very poor customer service (no call backs and follow up) and I still don't have the car. Contracted date June 27, Pick up committment June 30, Actual pick up by outside Broker, July 6. Todays date is July 12.

There are no end to the lies and manipulations. Please see Company comments to earlier post:

Richard, We apologize for the heavy inconvenience and I assure you we did as much as possible to make this a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, due to the holidays everything became much more difficult. However, the vehicle was picked up Monday, July 6 and will be getting delivered within the next 48 hours. I assure you that this is not common practice and with future business we are prepared to give you a special discount for your inconvenience. Throughout the trip please give us a call at 1866-561-9544 for up to date info on your vehicles progress.


I have called this number they say to call and no response. Notice today is the 12th and I still dont have the car, let alone in 48 hours.
