We paid by overnight funds on Tuesday and they received monies by Wednesday morning per Fed-ex. They did not have vehicle picked up on Friday NOR Monday. Today I placed them on a 3-way call and had them caught in a lie (recorded the conversation By the way for court!) that they claimed they went to pick up Truck today and they were turned away losing money. They claim they were told by "A Superior Towing" (where vehicle was stored) that they would not release vehicle to them. Super Towing was on the 3-way and told them they were lying! They had never been there today to pick up the truck!!! In addition, they use caller ID to avoid phone calls, they do not have supervisors talk to you, nor return calls, NOR do they return emails. Check out the reviews carefully folks. They have several complaints against them and all for same reasons. I strongly suspect they have family and friends leaving the positive feedback. I fully intend to obtain a lawyer like the other victims and file complaints with BBB also.

Vehicle was picked up Monday as promised by our company after driver was turned down we had driver come back after he drove over 30 miles outside of the pick up location to meet deadline of 6pm. In addition, the driver is paying the storage fee from his pocket to get reimbursed at delivery to prevent any further delays due to non-payment at the storage facility. Vehicle is currently on the carrier to be delivered within two to three days. Please call 1866-561-9544 throughout the delivery for vehicle location and eta on delivery.
