Incorrect pickup date and delivery location

I was never called that my car was not going to be picked up at the specified date. Upon 2 days of trying to reach them, with no answer, and no callback, I finally reached them, and they had "farmed out" my car to another carrier called True Ryders. My delivery date for my car was then changed, and at the last minute I had to change my flight plans, which cost me extra money.

No way would I recommend this company to anyone!! As a matter of fact, I am going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau, and possibley sue them for "breach of contract" while I am in the Florida region.

A Horrible experience to say the least!!!

I apologize for the frustration you are going through. I am very familiar with your scenario and I spoke to you Friday, twice on Saturday, and twice this morning not to mention you also spoke to another representative from the office several times. I explained Saturday that the vehicle would be picked up Monday and succeeded in doing so. Delivery date is scheduled to be as soon as the 7th of January and the driver is available to wait until you get to Florida to deliver the vehicle. Please advise on anything else I can do to make this entire scenario a better one.
