Two weeks ahead I contacted this company and set up a 5 day window that the car was to be picked up. I scheduled to fly the following day. The car was never picked up. I made repeated calls to Continental as well as many emails, as the time to fly drew close. No one would return my calls or emails. On the day I was scheduled to leave I scrambled to find a new carrier. Fortunately , We will Transport It found a truck that same day and picked up my car that day, and delivered it on time. I will never trust Continental Auto Movers with my car again.
