Rough start at set up, but service was good, pick up and delivery on time

Had our car shipped from Brooklyn to San Francisco. Picked up exactly on time, delivered to SF within 3-day time frame they estimated. Driver was pleasant, courteous, efficient. Setting up the initial order was a bit frustrating. The phone # for "Agent 17" or "Julie K" was wrong in 2 separate documents, and every time I called, I had to leave a message and someone else called back. I began to think this was a scam, or that my phone was tapped! Also the "DOT" form they sent was merely an order form with no "Order number" or "invoice number" with small print detailing exclusions of their responsibilities. I expect this is standard, but it made me question the "contract." I had to give them $200 deposit to initial the order. The minimum paper work/no real contract made me nervous, but everything went fine. I would use them again. Our driver was great, never got his name.
