I was promised that my vehicle would be picked up no later than Tues 2/19/13. The young man I spoke to Scott tried to find a driver for me but was unable to. I have left messages and no one has returned my call or emails. I had to drive from PA to CA as a result, through the blizzard. I think you would be better off pushing your car than hiring these clowns. They blatantly lied to me and made promises that they had no intention of keeping.
