Shipped my car from Texas to Washington with following transport company
CONEX CARRIERS LLC 501 N SARAH DEEL DRIVE SUITE 433 WEBSTER, TX 77598 USDOT: 2409478
Car was delivered after a week and top of my car was fully scratched. Driver told that the top of car was scratched due to low hanging tree and gave a phone number to call and send me photos after a wash so that they can get insurance pay for my scratches.
First time when I called a person responded and told that the finance department will call to finalize the claim.
But to my surprise no one called and they never picked my call or responded to my text message.
I am really upset with the customer service.
Its been more than 3 months and I gave up calling them up.
