I called Joe on a Thursday (after another carrier quoted the job then said that they couldn't guaranty picking it up within my 2 week timeframe). Joe said he would check with his drivers- then I had to wait until Monday to find out if he could do it. Monday morning, Christopher (driver) called and said he could pick it up 1.5 hr later. He did, and was very friendly. Tuesday afternoon, he delivered it 1000 miles away. Everything was fine. I am pleased with this service.
