I have shipped my car three times and the last two times were a complete disaster. I could not stomach to go back to the other two companies that I used so I called my local dealer and asked them for a referral and they gave me Cobalt's name and man were they on top of it.
I was never passed on to another dispatcher and Joseph did it al himself which I really liked.
Car arrived safely and the driver was pleasant.
