Transport never happened

Contracted with them a month before transport needed. Contacted them on scheduled day of transport ( Wednesday) and was told driver had broken down. John said he would call next morning (Thursday) to let me know what was happening. He never called or answered when I called him. Left messages, no response. Finally reached him on Friday morning, John said he would check with driver and call me right back. This was the day I was flying back to NY in the afternoon, which I told John. Waited a couple hours and no call. Left message no response. Finally heard at about 1pm and was told that vehicle would be picked up later that afternoon after I had left. John said he would leave voicemail that vehicle was picked up. Arrived in NY late in evening and no voicemail form John about pickup. Heard nothing all weekend. On Monday, tried to call John, left messages and no response. Finally called main office on Tuesday, informed them of problems. Also sent email to John. Received email back from John informing me that he had cancelled the contract. Felt like I was being lied to and ignored the whole time. Would never use this company again.

This is totally false and should be removed for slander. This guy was not realistic from the start and he canceled the order and not us. We had another driver and he called and said he got it taken care of and then goes and does this to us. This is why the internet doesn't tell the whole story.
