We had a difficult route, Couer D'Alane Idaho to Vermilion Ohio. I spoke to Joseph on Friday and by Monday afternoon he had a driver for us. Joseph explained he was the owner, he explained the entire process to us and sent a, contract to look over. I appreciated that there was communication regarding the time frame we could expect. After reading scary reviews of other transport companies I was pleasantly surprised with professional and honest answers to my questions. I would recommend Joseph at Cobalt to anyone. We got our truck 2-3 days earlier than we expected. The truck was clean and in perfect condition. The driver that delivered our truck pulled up in front of our house and unloaded the truck for us. He was also very professional and a very nice man. We are just so appreciative of how smooth this went since this was our first time transporting a vehicle across the country.
