I was bombarded with calls, text and emails when I put my quote out in the WWW. I had some really unprofessional calls to rude text from other companies. What sold me was the many positive reviews on Cobalt Logistics. Lou talked to me almost a hour giving me complete security in hiring them for the job. He also gave me insight on what to expect from other companies and what I would hear.
Three days prior to picking up the vehicle the driver was in contact with myself (receiver) and my father (shipper.) We not only had Lou's cell number, company number, but also the driver Bob's cell number as well. My father shared with me how pleased he was with the driver. He said that Bob had to park two blocks from his park he is residing in and drove the jeep to the hauler for Dad. (Dad has one leg and severe diabetic.) When Bob got to Missouri, he met with us this morning and took special care with our vehicle. We experienced very pleasurable business dealings from A to Z. Later today, Lou called to follow up with us to make sure we were pleased with our services. :) I would use them again IN A HEARTBEAT! This review is not generated by Cobalt...I AM the customer reporting how pleased we were with Cobalt
