LA - FLA - only use COBALT!

Having no idea how do transport a car 3000 miles across the country, I went online and put my phone number into what I THOUGHT was a car company. Instead it was sent to every car shipper in the United States. My phone rang off the hook and I was hounded day and night. None of them would guarantee a day of pickup. they wanted me to pay on the spot, give them the car immediately and THEN they would call me with the date it would be shipped - from 3 days to 3 weeks later. I got rate quotes that ranged $750 apart. One shipper harassed me by calling continuously and demanding I send him the car immediaetly to save $150.00. HE could care less that I needed to have the car in Los Angeles until a certain date - he demanded it on his schedule. I finally had it with him and hung up - after giving him a piece of my mind.

A friend recommended a company she had used. We called the number and got Joseph Johns. He was such a breath of fresh air after all these jerks. He was polite, explained the process, told us exactly what to expect. Assured us that he would not take one penny until he found a driver going in our direction and then he would give us an absolute date of pick up as well as a date of delivery. He was good to his word.

The driver contacted us the night before pickup, the day of pickup and several times during his trip to tell us where he was and when he expected to get to Sarasota. He was so nice every time we spoke with him. After our horrible experience with all the others, this turned out to be painless and so fast we couldn't believe it.

Thanks to Joseph and Cobalt, we were able to have a very successful move. They kept their word, were very competitively priced and acted like professionals throughout the entire experience, The cars arrived in perfect condition.

I would only use them if I had to do this again.
