I have worked with Christa since she founded Excellent Auto Transport 6 years ago. Due to a death in the family, her surviving sister forced her out of Excellent Auto Transport and she now has her own company. I am so glad that Christa is back in business. She is the only one in this industry that I trust. Christa asks me to authorize any interested carrier, once I approve, she provides me with the legally binding contract with my carrier to guarantee the dates the carrier will load and deliver, guarantees the carrier pay expected when my vehicle is delivered, and now I know that carriers do not accept credit cards, carriers accept COD or cash on delivery. She also stays with me through the entire transport if I am unable to contact my carrier. Most importantly she explained about the carrier's insurance, checked their certificate, and explained to me the BOL "Bill of Lading" document the carriers use to ensure my vehicle is delivered in the same condition. For all of these reasons and more,I will only work with Christa for my broker to transport my vehicles. Christa does not ask for her broker fee until my contracted carrier shows up, fills out the BOL for insurance purposes, and loads my vehicle. Once I release the vehicle and it is on the way to the destination, I call her to pay the broker fee. I don't know of any other broker that operates like Christa's Excellent Auto LLC.
