I had been signed up for 2 weeks waiting for my car to be picked up by another broker. They took my deposit and then stopped answering my calls. I found Certified Auto Shippers and talked to Kathy. She really cared about my problem and told me she would help me. She called me back an hour later with a truck that could pick up my car in an hour. I was thrilled. The driver called me right away and picked up my car within an hour! Can you believe it? After 2 weeks with nothing from the first broker. He had my car loaded up in no time and I made my flight after all. My car arrived 8 days later and the driver on time and my car was in perfect condition. I would never call anyone else now that I have found Certified Auto Shippers and plan to use them again when I go back home next fall. Thank you Kathy and Certified Auto Shippers! You are awesome!
