Holding my car hostage

I called Thursday to have the car pick up from Phoenix going to Ca. Friday i got a call from the driver to tell me the car will be there Sunday in the morning. Sunday passed and no car! I called Monday while upsetting telling them no car, no call, no answer when calling to driver on Sunday. They told me driver got food sick and couldn't call me then and car will be delivered Monday. Driver called back with noon time delivery Monday. 2pm no car no call. I called back and was told it was 5-6pm instead. What the hell i got really angry? I used these people many times and was never pleasant but this time it got out of hand. They played game with me accusing me of rough, cussing phone call to office when i have every right to be upset with car not being delivered and excuse this and that! They required cash on delivery when i already talked to the sale rep. and he said you are okay on check like before. Driver called and i told him check on delivery as sale rep. had agreed with me. DRiver told the office i refused to pay and did not deliver the car. Tuesday morning which is today 7/14/09 i called and they said they will hold the car, charge me storage if i do not pay. I asked when was it that i said that i did not pay but paying by check like i always did many times before and i already talked to the sale rep. and it was agreed so.

I got so angry as they accused me of rough treatment with them when i called in when my car was not delivered on time. They gave me no discount, will not give me a definite time to redeliver the car even though i agreed C.O.D in full $300.

Bottom line they are holding my car hostage, playing game with me to piss me off further. I am infuriated at this point with these s.o.b. I will never use the service from Central Valley again and watch out for these people if you decide to use them.
