Contacted 3 months prior to pick up 2 vehicles, took my $200 deposit, never found a carrier, did NOT pick up my vehicles on the ship date, had to find an alternate carrier in minimal time, and now after 2 months of calls they still have not refunded my deposit.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file suit if not refunded.
ALL I GOT WHEN CALLING THEM WAS A BIG FAT RUNAROUND EVERY TIME!!!!!
MILITARY MOVERS BEWARE....NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!!
