Non Delivery / poor customer service

I asked Caviness repeatedly to please confirm they could transport a vehicle from a difficult location in Florida to PA. Only after I was assured it would happen did I render the $100 deposit. When the carrier called me to make arrangements he said he definitely could not do this delivery. So I think I deserve a refund on the $100 deposit, maybe it was an honest mistake, but when my calls get through no one can help and the mystery owner/accountant, Tammy is never available. Most calls never get picked up so I give up.
