Overall very good experience working with Cascade and Kimberly. Very knowledgeble, prompt, professional and pro-active!

We ended up having to increase the price a bit to ensure that my vehicle was picked up by the carrier and delivered on time, but this was mainly to to the very short window that I had to work with in terms of when I needed it to get picked up and arrive. She helped me navigate this process and also had great follow up afterwards to ensure it was delivered on time.
